If you have forgotten your password to your User Account then you can request a Password Reset. A new password will be issued to you. The password is case sensitive so please be careful to type in the correct characters. You may change your password to something you will remember once you've logged in.

How do E-Tickets work?
Choose your event
Place an order online
You will receive an e-mail:
'Order Received'. This will advise you that we have received your order and that it is being processed.
You will normally receive your E-Tickets within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please print off them off and read the important information and venue entry instructions. You will need to take your E-Tickets with you to the guest list entrance at the club.
You will be asked to present the original credit card used to buy the tickets as well as your photo ID to prove you are the cardholder.
You can access your User Account through the Presoldtickets.com website and print off your E-Tickets if you lose them.
Shipping Information
We do not ship tickets. Your Electonic Ticket will appear at the end of your transaction. You will also get a confirmation e-mail that can be brought to the event in leiu of this ticket. You MUST bring your government issued ID and the Credit Card the ticket was purchased with to the event. This MUST be YOUR credit card and you must be present at time of entry.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled you will be contacted as soon as possible after we have received the notification from the event organiser. Refunds will be made automatically to the original card used to make the booking. Payment will be made within 28 days of us being notified by the event organiser.
Please note it may take up to seven working days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement after it has left our bank account.
Rescheduled events
If an event is rescheduled you will be contacted as soon as possible after we receive notification from the event organiser. You will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event and advised whether new tickets will be issued.
If you do not wish to attend the rescheduled events and would like a refund then you will need to advise us by reply email. If the tickets were E-Tickets, new tickets will be issued to you. If the tickets were mailed traditionally, you will need to return these tickets to us.

Your credit card is safe and is never stored on the site. We also never share your information with our promoters. If your recieve any information about upcoming events after making a purchase, you can simply unsubscribe without worrying. We try our best to segment these emails to cater to the type of events you like.
Refund Policy
Presoldtickets.com is an online processing and distribution company. We are not a 3rd party company nor do we resell for any events not associated with us.
By purchasing tickets on this site you agree that you are entering into a binding agreement with Presoldtickets.com, on the terms and conditions described in the Presoldtickets.com site, including, without limitation the following: (i) By purchasing tickets on this site, you are deemed to have provided your digital signature on a contract, (ii) All sales are final, (iii) Cancellation of your order is not permitted after the order is processed, (iv) If the event is cancelled, you will receive a refund minus the service charge (which is not refundable) (v) If you encounter problems at the event, you must file a complaint with presoldtickets.com via email to sales@presoldtickets.com within 5 business days following the date the event is scheduled to take place, (vi) Failure to request a refund during such 5 day period will be a complete waiver of your right to a refund, (vii) You cannot request a refund or exchange items of your order purchased for other items on the Presoldtickets.com website, regardless of the situation, but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, extended waits in line, family emergencies, medical emergencies, etc., (viii) Event personnel at the venue (venue management) will have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund whom is disorderly or fails to comply with with rules of the venue (ix) The venue and talent for the event are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for refund, (x) Presoldtickets.com, as a ticketing processer, is not guaranteeing or otherwise agreeing that the event presenter will act as advertised or otherwise promised.
